Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and liaise with clients to identify their needs, goals, and expectations
- Create and deliver well-structured proposals, strategic plans, and campaign ideas tailored to client objectives and budgets
- Lead the pitch process, including concept development and client presentations
- Present campaign strategies, deliverables, and cost breakdowns clearly to clients
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality – ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish
- Support account growth through upselling and cross-selling services
- Schedule and attend regular internal and client meetings to align on deliverables and progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an Account Executive role, preferably within a digital or advertising agency
- Solid understanding of digital marketing (e.g., paid ads, SEO, content strategy, social media, analytics, campaign tracking)
- Proven experience in client handling, proposal development, and presenting campaign strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate dynamic project challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools (Google Slides/PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong command of English (both written and verbal)
